SHIPPING POLICY
When can I expect to receive my shipment? All orders are processed and shipped from our logistics center within 5 business days of the order being placed. Delivery typically occurs between 10 and 20 business days after the shipment date, depending on carrier availability and your location. Please note that delays may occur if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection, or due to unforeseen transportation delays caused by the carrier.
How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment via global platforms such as 17Track.
What are your shipping rates? We charge a flat shipping rate of $2.99 USD for all destinations worldwide.
Which countries do you ship to? Currently, we offer worldwide shipping. If our logistics network does not support your specific country in individual cases, we will inform you immediately and make the necessary adjustments to your order. How can I change my shipping address? Address changes are only permitted until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order was placed. Please contact us at hello@sau-lee.com to request such a change.
Can I deliver to an address other than my billing address? Yes, delivery to a shipping address different from your billing address is possible without any issues.
How is my order shipped? Orders are shipped on regular business days (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
To ensure the exclusivity and quality of our collections, goods are shipped directly from our primary warehouse in Hong Kong or through our specialized international logistics partners (including EMS, Cainiao Global, 4PX Express, YunExpress).
