How do I place an order? To place an order:

Finish adding items to your shopping cart.

You may choose to proceed through our website checkout or via PayPal.

To use our website checkout, click the "Checkout" button on the right side of the screen.

To use PayPal, click the "PayPal" button.

You will be transferred to our Customer Information page and prompted to enter your Email, Name, and Address.

If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the "Discount" field and click "Apply."

Click "Continue to Shipping Method." Ensure the delivery address is correct. Then, click "Continue to Payment Method."

Enter your payment details. You can specify if the billing address is the same as the shipping address.

Click "Complete Order." You will see an order summary on-screen and receive a confirmation via email.

What if items are missing or incorrect products were delivered? For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at hello@sau-lee.com. Please quote your Order Number and provide proof (image file size should be below 1MB). We will reship the correct item at no extra cost. You may keep the incorrect item as a gift from us!
How do I know my order was successful? You will receive a confirmation email containing the Order Number and purchase details.
I want to change my ordered items. What should I do? Amending your order is permitted until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order was placed. Please contact us at hello@sau-lee.com to request a change.
How do I add items to my cart? Navigate to the product page, select your preferences, and click "Add to Cart." You will be directed to the Shopping Cart page where you can adjust quantities or continue shopping.
How do I view or remove items in my cart? Click the Cart icon at the top right of the website. You can update quantities directly or click the "Remove" link under the item description to delete it.
Which browsers are recommended? Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.
What are your payment options? We accept major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.
How do I use a discount code? At checkout, enter your code in the "Discount" field on the upper right side of the page and click "Apply." Verify that the discount has been reflected in the total before completing the purchase.
What is your return & exchange policy? Please refer to our dedicated Return Policy page.

If the return is due to consumer preference, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fees.

If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items), the consumer is not required to bear the return shipping costs. For instructions on how to return an item, contact us at hello@sau-lee.com.
What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations are accepted until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order was placed. After this time, the order cannot be canceled. Contact hello@sau-lee.com for assistance.
Is ordering online secure? Yes. Our store encrypts all credit card and personal information using the industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
Is it safe to use my credit card? Our website uses a reliable payment gateway that keeps all data encrypted with AES-256 for maximum security.
Is my personal information kept private? All information shared with us is private and confidential. We do not share, rent, or sell your personal information without your consent, except as required by law.
