Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to consumer preference (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact amount depends on the shipping service provider chosen by the customer.

Company Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items), the customer will not incur any shipping costs for the return process.
Refund Processing Time Once your return request has been approved and processed, it typically takes 1β3 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. In some cases, depending on your bank or payment service provider, it may take up to 7 business days for the amount to become visible in your account.
Refund Method Refunds will always be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase (e.g., Credit Card/Debit Card, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.). Cash payouts or refunds via alternative payment methods are not permitted. If you used a professional installment service (e.g., Klarna), the refund will be carried out in accordance with the respective provider's policies.
